If you are looking for a quick restaurant table set up solution, this time and money saving restaurant table set is a great option. Designed with maximal space efficiency in mind, the table set includes 4 ladder back wood chairs and a square reversible restaurant table.

This bar set boasts of clean lines with solid construction and detailed panel work on the smooth yet robust table top surface. Please note that the table top and base are shipped separately. Light assembly is required.

We have passed the test! The tested chairs meet the applicable requirements of ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011. BIFMA - The Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association (BIFMA) has a set of standards which apply to general purpose furniture. Compliance with these standards is strictly voluntary and requires a variety of different types of tests for compliance.

Examples of the types of tests required for compliance are listed below including the results as they relate to our products:

Back Rest Strength Test - 150 lbs. Functional - PASS, 250lbs. Proof - PASS. There is no loss of serviceability to the chair.
Drop Test - 225 lb. Functional Drop Weight- PASS, 300 lbs. Proof Drop Weight - PASS. No structural breakage or loss of serviceability.
Seating Impact Test - 165 lbs. 100,000 cycles - PASS. No loss of serviceability to the chair after completion of both the Impact and Load Ease tests.
Stability Test - Front- 21 lbs. to tip, Rear- 45 lbs. to tip - PASS. The chair will not tip over as a result of the force application.
Back Durability Test - 75 lbs. applied to back - 80,000 cycles - PASS. No structural breakage or loss of serviceability.
Leg Strength Test - 150 lbs. Functional Load - PASS, 250 lbs. Proof Load - PASS. No loss of serviceability to the chair.

Plywood seats are thinner than solid wood ones
Unlike solid wood seats, plywood seats tend to crack with heavy use, which means more seat changes will be required
The beauty of a solid wood seat is inherited from the grain in the wood; the plywood seats however, will have a flat look

Warning: A "Wood Seat" doesn't necessarily mean a Solid Wood Seat. Most vendors will use a "wood seat" when eventually you will receive a plywood seat, which is a cheap product and inferior in quality.

Solid wood allows wood stain to penetrate deep inside. This reduces the appearance of scratches and dents in the stain. The glue used in plywood prohibits deep absorbance of the stain and is mainly absorbed in the top layer. This is why plywood seats are more prone to scratch and dent and have a less vibrant look.

When designing your restaurant, you seriously need to consider your restaurant seating layout. Choosing the correct table shape and size can decide your restaurant's capacity which can eventually affect your sales.

For seating more people at one table, round tables are more efficient but square or rectangle tables make it easier to join tables together when large parties come in. The type of restaurant you have is another important aspect to consider when choosing the tables. For full course meals a 30" x 30" table will comfortably serve only 2 seated people. However, a cafe or an ice-cream restaurant could seat 4 people on the same table top.
